Highly recommended! This place worked perfectly for me and was very central which helped and parking wasn't a problem neither were the steps! Jane was very helpful and easily contactable! I would happily stay again.

Perfect for the middle of Buxton to all restaurants,town centre and a few minutes walk to the opera house,Jane's place is a lovely cosy flat with fab views all around Jane gave us all the information I needed and answered promptly There are various eateries around such as Greek,Indian,Chinese Italian and my favourite as of now I highly recommend is Santiago a Spanish Tapas restaurant/Deli lovely family run business with a great atmosphere and fantastic staff,I recommend you book a head as soon as possible as it does get quite busy and it was full all the weekend while we were there,they may squeeze you in early enough and they are open at lunch too I booked middle of the week for our weekend visit on the Friday the food is very tasty lots of choice it was quick service and happy staff and great on your wallet also within distance to the flat is a few pubs and some great craft ale establishments the one I would recommend is The Bank Willowtree brewery great atmosphere,great staff they do have bands on that are really good. Jane is a great host and makes sure that everything is okay, spotless flat comfy bed, and great views..we will stop here again when visiting Buxton.🙂
Lovely flat, clean and tastefully decorated. The location is excellent about a 5-minute walk from the Pavilion Gardens. It is quite a walk up to the 4th floor, but you get warned and it is free exercise. You get rewarded with fantastic views of Buxton and the hills around. There are many great pubs, cafes and shops around. Wifi was good and Netflix is a bonus. The only small problem is that the water pressure is quite weak, so don't expect a strong shower and the bath cannot really be used (unless you leave over an hour to fill it up.) But that is a price you pay for being so high up and in an old building.
Location was perfect, ease of parking was great, amazing value and host very communicative and warm. Highly recommended
